The importance of an enterprise HR systems strategy is further accentuated by the need for integration within various HR applications and from HR applications to other enterprise applications. The report indicates that while only 17% of organizations have a strategy for integrating HR applications 47% handle this on a case-to-case basis. This is despite the observation that having an integration strategy could impact the business outcomes by up to 20%.
