In an age where lack of sleep is so common, tips including chronic naps are highly recommended to help alleviate fatigue and sleepiness. But honorable nurses are giving up their sleep to aid their patients, perpetuating this cycle. In a position where alertness and consistency is integral, nurses need sleep but may not be getting enough for themselves to better help their patients.
